Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Does not include damage from improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Used items may be subject to a restocking fee.

To file a claim, contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. We may require photos or the product to be returned for inspection.

Within 15 days of receiving the product, if it is found that there are functional defects caused by non-human factors (confirmed by the brand), or if the received product model and specifications do not match the order, a free exchange can be applied for. Exchange must keep the product, original packaging, and accessories intact and not affect secondary sales; If an exchange is required due to personal reasons, the round-trip shipping cost and possible price difference shall be borne.

For product malfunctions within the warranty scope, the brand provides free repair services (including replacement of parts); Repairs beyond the warranty scope (such as over warranty, human damage, etc.) will be charged reasonable fees based on the difficulty of the repair and the cost of the parts. A detailed breakdown of the fees will be provided for user confirmation before the repair. The warranty period for the repaired product shall be extended to the remaining warranty period of the original product or 30 days from the date of completion of the repair (whichever is longer).
